Leading global SVOD service – Guiding the growth strategy across EMEA

A leading global SVOD service wanted to better understand who their non-viewers are, and how best to acquire their next wave of subscribers. The first wave of research was in the UK, followed by projects in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The core of the survey was a choice-based conjoint exercise to identify the importance of different proposition components, and the appeal that different propositions had. Alongside this, we gathered a wide range of profiling and contextual information allowing us to provide strategic guidance on why propositions appealed, who they appealed to, and how to best execute them for maximum take-up.

Each study has provided local teams with an in-depth understanding of the non-viewer landscape in their market, and provided a robust evidence base for how to structure their proposition across a wide range of scenarios.
